Do what you can
Rest whenever you like. Every pose has an easier version, and your teacher will offer it without making it weird.
Common questions
I'm not flexible. Can I still do yoga?
Yes — that's what the yoga is for. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement to start. Most people in any beginner class can't touch their toes.
What should I bring and wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Mats and towels are free on your first visit and rentable after ($2). Practice is barefoot.
How does the $25 intro week work?
It starts the day of your first class and covers unlimited classes at both studios for 7 days. After it ends, choose a class pack or membership — or don't, no pressure.
Can I just do the online courses instead?
Absolutely. Foundations of Yoga was designed for people starting at home — 21 short daily classes from the same teachers.
